Which one appeals to you the most? Which one makes you most interested in the film (based completely off of the poster)?

The very last one appeals to me most, but I feel like the weight on the typeface should be different. Thinner? Really like the typeface though. Same with the concept. The last one intrigues me. Really good work there!

    » Dark Matter (Possibly) Discovered

    pyrrhosrepublic:

    fuckyeahspace:

The world-renown CDMS dark matter lab in Minnesota, US has found particles with properties similar to those theorized for dark matter. They’ll spend the next few years confirming their discovery and testing hypotheses before they confirm it. In the mean time, string theorists and relativistic fundamentalists are kicking themselves in the head.

Dark matter particles are invisible, near-undetectable matter particles hanging out in space. We call them “dark” because we can’t see them, but we know they’re there because if the universe consisted of only the visible matter, gravity would be significantly less and the universe would not be expanding as rapidly as it is. Dark matter is important because the particles account for 96% of the mass of the universe. Think of the hundreds of billions of galaxies in the known universe—most of them larger than or similar in mass to the Milky Way. All of the stars, planets and life forms in the universe account for no more than 4% of the mass in the universe. Dark matter is arguably the single most abundant—and thus important—thing in our universe.

    Minnesota pride.

    Dark matter pride. WOO!!!!
